We offer Video Production services, including but not limited to Video Tours, Photography, Documentaries, and promotional content creation. The details of the services, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in our written agreement or proposal provided to you.
3. Booking and Payment:
Booking: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, PayPal, and checks. All payments must be made in the currency specified in our invoice.
4. Intellectual Property:
All content, including videos, photographs, and promotional materials produced by 63 Degrees Media, remains the intellectual property of our company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use the content for the agreed-upon purposes only.
5. Client Responsibilities:
Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of our services.
Cooperation: Clients must cooperate with us during the production process, including providing feedback and approvals in a timely manner.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours days before the scheduled service date may incur additional charges.
Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule services subject to availability and may incur rescheduling fees.
7. Liability and Indemnity:
While we strive to provide high-quality services, 63 Degrees Media shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless 63 Degrees Media from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to their use of our services, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or violation of any rights of third parties.
8. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all information obtained during the provision of our services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Massachusetts.
10. Amendments:
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
